I really enjoyed the experience. For the most part, it was highly intuitive. It encourages introspection and a unique approach to talent marketing. The videos are helpful; they guide the process effectively. It does require investment. All in, I would estimate I spent 3-4 hours in the process, as an aggregate investment throughout the period of one week. Commensurate to investment of time, I was pleased with the final product. And, I found it easy to go back and make a few minor tweaks as I re-considered a few entries I had made.

The videos you have on your site are simply amazing, it brings a calming to people and lets us know we are not alone.
